Hey guys,
I've just brought a autometer tacho.... I need to know where to hook the green rpm wire up to my MSD ready to run system?....
does it just go the the coil neg or does that big warning with autometer about MSD apply here?

so where the hell do i hook her up then?

coil- ss blaster
autometer 4 3/4"
-black wire to batt neg
-white to head lights
-red to switched source
-green to coil neg or somewhere else?

hook it up to the tach output on the MSD it dosnt cause any probs

DONT hook it up to the neg coil or there WILL be probs

what is the tach output on the MSD? i dont see one?
I know there is one if you are running the controller but my dissy is 'ready to run' with the internal module..?
am i looking over it?

are you running a MSD6A or 6T? if you are its the little connector plug on the side of the box

I am pretty much getting the same round in circles :(

I think i go off the coil neg but using one of those adapters aswell...

you only need the adaptor if you are running a MSD box because of the multiple sparks at low rpm.... you wont need it.
