Why not speak to www.vpwmailorder.com or your local drag racing association?

If set up right? Any NOS setup is good.

Edelbrock have an excellent kit wet or dry. All parts are there, basically if you need a piece of chewy to fit the kit...they will put it in it. Most kits are roughly $1600-$1800 except for the Fogger kits. If you talk to a few pro's they will give you the rundown on which one is best for you. Usually its the base plate injection the other is sequential injection thru the manifold. Cheapest way to make horsepower.

Re: Nitrous Oxide

There are several brands to choose from.

NX
NOS
Edelbrock - which is just a rebranded NOS
Viper - Rebranded NX

All are going to be good. It will all depend on the level of $ you want to spend and the amount of power you want.

I am a reseller for all and you can look at around 1000 -1300 for a basic setup. price goes up with addons and gadgets and also exchange rates.

Re: Nitrous Oxide

Don't be misled by calling Nitrous Oxide, NOS.

The Fast & The Furious brought that on.

NOS is just a brand.

But within reason, nearly all n2o setups are ok.

Some are better than others, but prices differ also.

NOS, OZNOS, ICE, + what everyone else has mentioned.

As LunaticSVT said, I also sell NOS stuff and depending on what setup you want, how much HP, etc, will change your pricing.

If your running a cleveland (i presume as your in cleveland forum), and its got mild work, a NOS Cheater type plate setup would be fine, running around 50-75HP kit (can go more) with the whole kit and kabang for around $1100, including bottle, etc.

Cheap Power for $$$

Don't get sucked into believing you have to run BIG HP, as even though 75 HP may not sound much, it will give you a BIG kick in the pants! :)

Re: Nitrous Oxide

If I am not mistaken ICE is a rebranded NX kit. I could be wrong. There are so many floating around these days.

Bottles are anywhere from 2# cheaters to 12# Carbon Fibre to 15# normal bottles.

HP will vary with each kit. An example is NX brand sells their kits with 25, 35, 50, 75, 100 and 150 shots. It is just a nipple that you put in to allow the flow of n2o through.

As TTNOS8 says NOS is a brand whose name was overglorified in F&F usually said Naws, Nawz or nos.

Plate kits for a clevo are easy ton install. How much you run will depend on how you set up your engine. Are your internals beefed up? And running only 75hp is a kick in the pants.

Some of us Like a little more and go full bore, but remember if your engine can not handle it then your inexpensive investment now became expensive.
