I get the basic idea behind this anyone have any more specific info like photos of it or someone that makes a kit for it, anything helps as so far i haven't found much.

I,ve seen a setup on a NASCAR motor.Squirters are directed at the underside of the piston to cool it and help longevity in long distance races.Would have to be overkill on anything but an endurance type of engine that is turning excessive rpm for long durations.

David Vizard in one of his books details the modification to a small block chevy motor. Basically it was drilling small hole from journal through block into the lower cylinder. A high volume pump was used to overcome the additional oil flow.

Out of interest many diesels have oil squirters to cool the piston.

I have Oliver rods they feed oil to gudgeon pins,It supplies plenty of oil up there..Full floating too...Modern pistons can run at tight clearances these days, even with turbo'd engines....Like http://www.cppistons.com/
