please help

in the next 6 mths or so i am going to be putting a 351 cleveland in my xf fairmont....i was wondering if any one has mad this conversion from the efi 6 and if they encountered any problems in doing so... i have already found out that it is going to cost me a shit load for suspension and brake upgrades ..
