Does anyone have any recommendations for a brand or type of filler to put in the runners of a manifold im modifying to match port filled 4V heads??
Is there any tricks to doing it?

I used selleys PlastiBond when I fitted my port plates and was told its compatible with all fuel types! Fit a allen screw or something similar to give it something to get a positive bond.

Manley make a product called "port putty" . I ve used Plastibond as well for repairing intakes and it worked fine.

I think everyone I know use Morosso Epoxy A + B. I personally hate the idea of grub screwing them to the heads but.

when i bought the tounges from parker they came with epoxy, sets rock hard.

i researched port fillers & came to the conclusion that z-spar is by far the best I have been told by afew people that its the only one that does not come appart
