When do you adjust yours?

I only had to adjust mine once since installation but checked over them at 10,000k intervals.

Running adjustable rollers, but with hydraulic.

I check at 5,000kms.

Doesn't change any.

yes quickqorty, I check mine after every meet but I'm thinking of changing to every 10,000k's and I might as well extend my oil changes to every 2 years also.

I check mine every 2000Ks but really, as mine only sees the road on track days and at calder and such ( plus the occasional cruise ) it's not unexpected. I used to drive my XB GT daily ( going back quite a while ! ) and checked it monthly or when there was a lot of noise
