Hey Guys
I currently own a EBII I6 and am looking to purchase a new car closer to the end of the year and have chosen to go old school im pretty set on what i want it for, being cruising, daily driver (so must have decent fuel i.e 400kms to a tank) and also some drags lookin for low 13's......Now i have pretty much come down to three choices.....XY/XW GT Replica.....1967 Chevy Camaro...or a 60's stang......my budget is set to 20k and was hoping to purchase a car for 10-13k and rest for insurance rego and sum extras. i.e. rebuidlings of specific parts etc......

Anything 302/351 and tuned right will do 400+ k's per tank. I used to get 350-380 with a 3500rpm stall and 4.11's!

Something with 3.23 or 3.5 gears a carb around 650cfm and about 160-200rwkw will get you those k's pretty easy.

decent right hand drive mustang or camaro for 10 to 13 grand or even 20 grand . HA HA!

Is it possible to get a camaro or stang for $20g in Aus? Because if you are in NZ you are absolutely dreaming. Also don't bank on a low 13 second car with good fuel efficiency.
