suspected starter problems
Hi guys,
I went to head off for work tonight and the clevo fired, disengaged the starter and then re engaged it and the motor died. After that the starter would not engage the motor for more than a second or so, not quite enough to fire.
All connections are still good and the starter will continue to turn after it disengages.
I assume I'm looking at a new starter, any suggestions on make style etc in sydney and prices.
I also checked the battery and it is good to go.
Appreciate any help I can get.
