Arrow TIMING ADVANCE

My dad worked on my car while I was deployed and I think he screwed up the timing. I have a 302 with GT40p heads and an e303 cam. Anyone have a similar set up who can give me some timing advice. Particularly base timing. Thanks a ton,
-Jeremy
