Torque Settings - HELP!!

I'm about to put the heads back on my 351 cleveland (4V) but I don't have the torque settings. Can anyone help out?

i think the last stage is around 120nm but i cant remember....someone here will know though....

Hoonboy,

1st - 75nm
2nd - 102nm
3rd - 129-142nm

You can do it in four if 75nm is too much for you for the 1st step, sometimes can be a pain if the engine is still in the car. do the 1st to 50nm then continue on with the other three stages.

Torque settings

Im old fashioned, Head bolts are done in three stages
Starting from the centre outwards
1-75lbs/ft
2-90lbs/ft
3-105-110lbs/ft

1lb/ft=1.36nM
1nM=.7375lb/ft
