Does anyone have or know of anyone that has a 302 clevo rebuilder (carby) to suit an XY? Preferably complete fan to fly with less than 40 thou over? Am having no end of trouble finding one up here in cairns, and all the engine stockists in melbourne don't seem to have any available.

You should have no problem. The last one i got was a complete std bore 1981 302c for $150.00. It also had the original, untouched electronic distributor, so really was a deal. I'll ask around, as i am in Cairns too.

I've got one on the sunshine coast - yours for $150, fan to fly, not sure of what the bore is, but it's got fairly low k's, so i doubt it'd be any more than .020... You'd have to organise freight though.
