I'd like to have a run or two but my license has expired. You cant race at a test and tune without a current ANDRA license.

I have several friends with current licenses, but i want to be the one to take the car on its maiden voyage!

I may end up at a street meet instead. I'm expecting to run under 11.00 so it may only be just the one run - well at least i hope so!

A 351 Mini?????? you're nuts! :)

What did it run?

I started racing at Castlereagh just before it closed - orange V8 Cortina. It was tunnel rammed at the time.

It was actually my brother who owned and raced the Mini, though I did pedal it one meeting. I built most of the car and the engine.
It's best numbers were 10.9 @ 124mph.

We are very likely going to freshen the engine up and get it going for the new strip and then put it on the market.
