okay ford tech's i need help? just coded t/s codes (using otc genysis) and have a code 31 & 44. truck runs awesome with egr disconnected? ref sig. 5.4v on epv, tab /tag routing correct and in tact vac at idle is 1.0 hdg. egr vac holds with pump and evp res check is good. so what next? truck chugs and runs rough / barely idles with egr hooked up, light is off... help from you ford gurus please... koer,koeo tests pass

Sounds to me like your EGR system is blocking up really badly... but could also be a vacuum gremlin. I've had a long day and I'm not much help right now otherwise. Sorry. I'll think about it over a beer after work and let you know if I think up anything.
