Lower engine mounts are the same for all V8's - not too sure about the uppers.
Radiator should work out OK, but may need different hoses.
Exhaust (front part anyway) will need to be changed, as engine pipes to Windsor are different.
If fitting extractors, you may get clearance problems between the RH bank and the steering box (although this often depends on the brand) when you swap to the 351C.
