in the workshop manuel 302w's had 220bhp:

30-40hp wouldnt be that hard to gain would it??
i do plan to get extractor and exhaust ,but when the cash comes in.
im pulling the motor out so i thought it would be a good opportunity to do a cam change and maybe some small headwork.
