i know its been asked before i just cant find something that relates to be exactly.

im looking for a mild mod just to get the power up but not make fuel millage terriable, i was thinking exhaust and intake and maybe a mild cam?

any suggestions on what to go with guys?

You really need to tell us what you've got and what you'd already had done so that we have an idea of what will work best. 302 Windsor is not enough info.

ide like to get somewhere round 200kw out out of the engine up from the 165 stock some more torque would be lovely :)

Where do you live? How many KM's on the engine?

K&N, advance the timing 4 deg and run U98, exhaust if you can afford it...

with 120k save your money for a 347 kit/heads etc. down the track :)

so what a stock k&n panel and 4 degree's extra timing on 98 octane with extractors and exhaust would do it ya reckon?

Theres about 20 odd rwkw there. The problem with the e series V8's is the heads,T/B, MAF and inlet. Once you've attacked the above here is where your journey begins.

I have a 240+ kw (180rwkw) Windsor that i just pulled out of my ute. It's pretty much complete if you want it? It's done about 30,000km.
