351 stroker with 400 parts

I heard that back in the day a 351 stroker was built with 400 parts so if its true what parts other then a 400 crank will I need to get and will any modifications need to be done to the block,I have found that most stroker cranks are made in china so I want to build one with factory parts that are available in junkyards or out of the classifieds.

I have gave up on stroking a 351 for now,I got the mounts for a 460 and a extra 460 so I might go that route
