I have a 351W in a TC Cortina. Mine's out of a '97 F250 and is currently running an Edlebrock Performer RPM package (Performer RPM heads and manifold, Mallory ignition and coil, Edlebrock spec Crane cam and Mighty Demon 750 carb). My radiator is a rebuilt 3 core modified to fit the Corty and I just run a 15" flex fan. The motor has had a 30 thou bore, it never gets hot while driving and once its warm has to sit for about 10-15 minutes before it gets hot. Simply drive around the block and it cools down again. One thing to watch, wrap your extractors where they go around your steering column or you will seaze the uni joint (I've done 2).
If you find a way to stop the chassis twisting, or straighten it again, let me know. I've got a half cage which seems to have stopped it a bit, might need a full cage.
