351 W with plastic pieces in oil pan

Anyone know how small plastic pieces got into the oil pan, and then into oil pump and locked it up?

Someone broke and oil filler cap and left the broken bits in the rocker cover?

I just figured it out, the cam sprocket was nylon coated and is now falling apart
