4V was available for 289 from 1964 to 1968. A slightly different chamber 4V 53.5cc head was available for the 1968 302.

Yep but they warn't really called that.They where called h.p heads..
4v /ventury came from Clevo's...

2v and 4v engines use the same heads
the only difference with hi-po heads are cast in pushrod slots and spring seats.
port,valve size are all the same
