5.0 H.O. cam info?????

Hi, first post, I'm sure this has been covered before, please direct me to any posts or sites that help, thanks. I am building a 331 for my jeep and as I get closer to the final parts list the cam is, as usual, the heart of the list!

I will be using Y303 heads with 1.7 rockers, some type of F.I. or am toying with propane, not a whole lot of compression mid 9's and in general a work engine not a 1/4 mi. screamer!

I called ford racing about the heads and cam he said (for my use) very quickly (?) the cam I want is the mustang 5.0 H.O. cam. This will be a hyd. roller cam, '90 block, and my question is what are the specs. of the cam and are there other cams that may suit my needs better, like the F150 lightining? Does anybody know a site or chart that would show these specs.

Thanks, Dale
