i had trouble with mine fitting, it depends on how tall they are, some places make efi 302 so i'd look out for those. I have really (about double the height of stock covers) high rocker covers and they fit but i had to do some "modifications" to one of the efi fittings....
Yes mate the Black silver Rockercovers same sort as Laminge has in his Tseries fits, I have a set also.
Cant find PN# sorry but go & grab a copy of the Ford SVO motorsport catalogue....

Have a look at www.summitracing.com and head to the manufacturers page (hyperlink up the top). Then go down to Ford Racing Products and have a look at the EFI rocker covers from there. TrickFlow also make low profile rockercovers for EFI windsors and they are listed there also. Just remember that this is US$ we are talking about but if you keep the order under A$500 you don't have to pay duty on them. I ordered my gear and received the parts 8 days later...
