What would be the best way of adding cold air induction to a stock EB 5ltr?

K & N pod?
K & N filter?
aftermarket air pipe?

speak to Trev (XR8XTC) he has a K&N filter (not sure pod or panel) with a cold air feed on his XR8. He should be able to tell u how he did it.

hey XR8XTC, do use a panel filter or pod? i got a panel on mine and i wanna look at better airflow to said filter.. the factory snorkel looks kinda small.. if yours is panel/airbox then i'd like to know what you did and how well it works.

I have a k&n panel filter.
I dont have ABS on my XR so it is basic.
I got a 4 inch hole saw, straight through bottom of the air box and body and then ducted in piping from the front spoiler.
Next blocked off the factory intake.
BTW dont 4get to spray paint any cut surfaces to stop rust.
