frown AU 5.0 running rich

Just bought a 99 AU LTD 5.0. Idle is very rough. put it on the snap on diagnostic unit and it syas its running rich on both banks. Any ideas? It's going back to the dealer next week but I'm curious as to the cause.

Check maf hot wire is not full of crud..Check that your vacuum hose to fuel pressure reg is connected..
Check leads & plugs ??
