Au2 Windsor engine prob!!!

Hey guys got a prob with the ute(270k) it runs like a dog i have changed the plugs and now just changed the leads still f//ked it runs like a dog at about 1000rpm and the more i put the boot in it vibrates but the car still pulls what do you think?? droped valve or electrical some where

Check harmonic ballancer..?? Fuel filter been changed latley? suspect crook coils...

I'd put be checking the endine mount then the coils then the balancer. If no joy i can sell you my AU short motor thats coming out in the next week or two :)

From Roo: Have you checked for a vacuum leak my intake gasket did a horizontal split and did the same thing either that or do a compression check for a possible head gasket.

is it running cold? My old mans EF was doing the same thing due to it not running a thermostat. didnt want to go, was all rough idling etc etc.
