bang for $$$$

i had a list of parts i was going to put on the ol 302 in my EF but have lost it :(
i think it was along the lines of:
E303 cam
GT40P heads or trickflow
NGK iridium s/p
Topgun leads
pacemaker extractors
lukey dual 2 1/4 exhaust
347 stroker when i get off my p'z
and i cant think of anything else, anything better or else i should have on the list and what would i be expecting to pay.
oh yeah i was gonna throw a supercharger on it as well but at $8,000 it'll have to wait a bit

Re: bang for $$$$

With those parts you'll also be wanting a better throttle body, MAF and intake manifold.

Re: bang for $$$$

Really depends how far you're going to take it. If you do go a stroker with trickflow heads well the trickflow track heat intake would match up nicely. I think you can get the whole trickflow package in a kit now, heads/intake/stage1 cam.

Throttlebody the 70mm tickford one would be ok or you could get aftermarket from the US. T3 82mm MAF and airbox (cobra parts) would be good but again you could get aftermarket. You would also need bigger injectors and a unichip or something to fix up the tune.

Re: bang for $$$$

E303 cam = NFI
GT40P heads = $1100
NGK iridium s/p = $120
Topgun leads = $100
pacemaker extractors = $500
lukey dual 2 1/4 exhaust = NFI (custom system in mild is probably $1200 or so )

Don't forget New head bolts ($150) and gaskets ($150 again), plus coolant. If you are going to do the work yourself, you'll probably need a few extra tools as well...

Re: bang for $$$$

I think the exhaust should be around the $1500 mark for extractors and system, cheaper if you go single 3". I got my Genie extractors and single 3" with stainless muffler and reasonator with twin tips for $1000, (mild steel pipes). I would also suggest getting it all at once it may save a little labour
