cam change

What do you guys think about something like this for a new cam to go with my efi change?

solid roller
intake exhaust
016 lash 018 lash
248@.050 254@.050
.614 lift .621 lift
rpm range 3000-7000

Wild what is the lob sep ??
This a small bass circle camshaft?? Used to retrofit in older 302's Or are the solid roller lifters shorter so std type circle can be used???

oops forgot the 110 lobes
as for the other questions I have no idea, this was a sugestion put to me by the guy who built my engine.

Be good at 114*or so...

The E303 Ford cam is 280/280 adv 220/220 @50
with 110* and it was just streetable...
Admitedly your motor is bigger...
