Hey all,

I know this is a commodore question but a good mate of mine has got a VN 5ltr and wants to fit a custom cold air induction to it as the standard one is pretty piss-weak. Does anyone know of any links to websites that have some examples? Is it possible to fit a bigger air box from a later model commodore?

SS inductions maybe? dunno if the do one for pre VR-VS tho..???!?!

Thanks for the article, Dellboy999. I've allready read it, and that is what has enhanced my conclusion on the crappy air flow in the VN. We've allready looked at SS inductions, and he isnt prepared to pay 300 bucks on big plastic snorkel. I was wondering if it was possible to put a bigger, better flowing airbox in it. We want to do something similar like what i've done in my car (EF2 ghia), which is getting two 2.5 inch pipes from air box to recieve direct air.
