ive got this misfire, which is a pain in hte arse.
hte car will pop and fart and carry on until its warmed up, or if you give it a quick blast its fine
im thinking my spark plugs might be shot, but as there such a pain to remove/replace, i was just wondering what all you guys reckon first before i do the change.
dont wanna do a plug swap to find its not the problem.
the cap and button were replaced a year ago, as were the leads.
i dont know how old the plugs are tho
my car misses under load when cold occasioanlly - all my plugs , leads , cap and button are new so i dunno what it is.....dosent really bother me tho because i dont often put a cold engine under load...so if i take it easy in the mornings its fine...

It is probably either spark plugs or another part of the ignition system like coil or possibly TFI. It is easier to change the spark plugs first to rule them out and 95% of the time it will be them.

Mine was the same after plugs change. Turned out I cracked the porcilaine on #1. Quite hard to listen for a miss at idle especially when its not a full missfire. Was pretty noticible under ANY sort of load.

My Eb used to miss the same as this when cold and I changed everthing. It turned out to be a blown headgasket on the 6th cyl.
