as you can see a few posts down from this... i can use my 69 351w block. the thing is...i have a 85 351w crank. i can't remember off of the top of my head, but i believe the deck heights differ. plus i know the rear seals are different, (1 piece vs 2 piece). does anyone have any idea where i can get a new crank that is made EXTACLY for the 69 block? ford's website doesn't even say what years their cranks are for, and no site i have seen on the net offers one that says 69 only. all i want is a stock crank made for that exact year block. i've been told i can use the 85 with some machine work, but i would rather use that right one just to be on the safe side.

any suggestions?
