what do u guys think would be the best after marker heads 4 a 5ltr w?

AFR's, Edelbrock etc
Personally I went for & prefer TFS Wedges.

I was assuming you were not going to rev it to 6500rpms etc

Afr are the "flavour of the month" at the moment.

It all comes down to $$$$$ and application.

I second the Twisted Wedges. The AFRs are very good, just a bit too pricey because of all the CNC machining they require.

it would be nice to have a set of heads that arnt straining at high rpms,doing it easy, and there would be room for improvment in the future for more mods.

my mate got some AFR 185s for his EB XR8 from the states, very nice !
And good price, alot cheaper that australia.
I am gonna put a set on my wifes sedan.
