I had that cam in my old motor..It's actually more agressive than 2031, more for engine with smaller ports where duration is required to get some flow..
220/220 @50 498 lift and 110 lob seperation which makes it peaky but in some ways ideal with 302's short stroke...Yes with our cars being heavier [Falcons compared to Mustang ] the lesser duration on inlet of 2031 is much better ,but harder on valve gear due to extra lift and steeper ramps !! Make sure you have good valve springs..The single Tickford one's just WON'T do the job, they'll valve bounce bad and will stretch the top of valve stem...The Crane Cams have split duration to improve drivabilty...
Interesting from memory the race Yamaha TS 50 Falcon had this cam....
