EB GT stuff

A friend of mine has some EB GT stuff he's willing to sell. I thinkcould get it quite cheap.

My question is can I just bolt on the EB GT maf? Will it need bigger injectors to keep mixtures right? Or will I need to get the ECU as well from him? He's got some AU manifolds as well I dont know what engines theyre fromshould I be looking to get these too?

Sorry if my questions seem stupid or dumb I really don't know much about the ford V8 stuff.

Thanks

Get that AU manifold ( known as GT40 ) it is better than the one of the EB GT. you wont need new injectors the computer should not have too much trouble adjusting............. I think.

better of asking questions rather than ****ing up and costing you big $$$ most mistakes made are the stupid ones.

Re: EB GT stuff

It should be a 70 mm maf and calibrated to 24Lp injectors.May have to change out the std 19's.to 24's Lp..

Im pretty sure the EB GT ran 24lb injectors. It really depends what car you are looking to put the MAF on. You would have to use this MAF on a car already running 24lb inj others it wont run properly

The EB GT had a GT40 manifold, the AU manifold is known as the explorer and is not quite as good, the lowers, however, are the same except for the IAT sensor boss.

Re: EB GT stuff

So I presume these GT40 manifolds are pretty rare? Or just exspensive?

What would be a fair price for the EB GT MAF and injectors and manifold?

Is there anything else Id need to get at the same time? Throttle body?

The car will back fire constantly with a bigger MAF. Injectors will need to be upgrades to 27psi (I think). No point going bigger without doing the cam, heads, etc.

If you buy all the bolt ons and fit a GT cam or better and good heads you'll get at least 200kw at the fly.
