I recently purchased some HO manifolds, throttle body, EGR, fuel rails, injectors, etc with the intention of using them on top of the original 302 windsor in my XT fairmont.

I would appreciate it if anyone has any detailed pictures/ information about which lines link up to where, etc. even to the basics of how to attach the throttle cable etc.

Also, i will be using an aftermarket fuel only computer to run the injectors and won't be running the EGR, so where can i get an EGR spacer from and how much are they?? what other connections/ hoses can be blocked off when not using the EGR system.

not a problem bolts straight on

weld up/ block the egr port in the lower manifold, so that you dont get the exhaust gasses in the upper half, keeping the upper half cooler. you should be able to use the std egr block. what type of engine management are you looking at running? what are your reasons for not running an eecIV or v ?
