I have been having a look at what is available in the range of underdrive pulley sets (crank, alternator & waterpump pulleys) for the Windsors and I am pretty confident I have nutted out what we need for our Australian Windsors. I am bringing over 1 set ATM which should land in about 10 days - once I have proven they are the correct ones - I will probably be bringing over 10 sets. One set in aluminuim has 25% reduction in waterpump and alternator, another has 22% reduction in alternator-17% in waterpump speed.
I may also be able to get the AU style serpentine pulleys in aluminium but I need to get a set over here to confirm they are the right ones...

Yes, I have just landed a Ford Racing Product underdrive set for evaluation. To make it worthwhile, a couple of orders would be best (to share the freight costs). Drone (Sean) and I have our eyes on some full polished (and clear powdercoated) sets (hope I am not giving too much away here Drone).
Will have more information tommorrow when I open my goodies box from the states.

Yes, Battens do (Auto Specialty Products) - but if you want to pay as much for the single underdrive pulley as the whole set go for it. I also have issues with underdriving my waterpump 25%. ASP class this as their race pulley.
I am after a different look than the black pulleys - the polished BBK and polished and clear powdercoated March ones are a step above the black steel ones and just as strong - the Mustang guys use them on their 9 second mustangs without any problems.
