Firing order for a 347ci windsor

Just doing a little research into stroker kits for the 5 litre windsor and i'm just wondering if the firing order is the same for a standard and stroker crank. Anybody know?

The firing order is directly related to the cam.

which in relation drives a gear which turns a shaft clockwise to where a spark jumps & transmits it to the relevant cyclinder.
your point is?

Re: Firing order for a 347ci windsor

My point is there has been a couple of different firing orders for the Windsor V8. And the difference in firing order was due to different camshafts. Also all the camshaft grinders now grind for the new firing order, if you stick these cams in you have to change the firing order around.

Re: Firing order for a 347ci windsor

Pre 302ho efi was the older fireing order[1,5,4,2,6,3,7,8].The new efi[roller] etc are the same as 351's.[1,3,7,2,6,5,4,8]. As in link above ...Crank doesn't matter but can does...
