I was wondering if anybody knew if anyone made or sold full length headers that would fit on my 1989 Mercury Grand Marquis with a 302 CID V8?

Nope. They don't... full-length headers won't work because of the rod-style shifting linkage to your transmission. However, if you run an aftermarket, cable-operated, floor shifter (mine's coming in tomorrow), you should be able to fit any Mustang 302 long-tubes. I'm not exactly positive it'll have the clearance underneath the body, yet... I'm going to do some measurements this weekend, if you can wait that long. I know it would require a floor-mounted, cable-operated shifter, though. I got mine 2nd day air for $210 (including the AOD adapter kit) from Summit.
