I am putting '75 351W cylinder heads with adjustable cast rockers on an '86 351W engine.
Not sure which pushrod length or what rockers I need to use. The ones I have are 8.200 length.

Has anyone ever done this to save me the grief of trying to figure it out?

should be the same. same deck height, same heads, same rocker ratio (1.6's).
only difference is the rockers are adjustable, but will be adjusted to exactly the same place as your non adjustable rockers are at the moment.
You would probably have to use the adj. cast rockers that are already on your 75 heads to aviod too much mix and match .
