Hey guys, A shitful day at the office today...

Ive hooked up my MALLORY HYFIRE V.I.A cd ignition box up properly (well to what the diagrams explain anyway), to both the coil and also the dizzy. But im not getting power to the coil...Therefore it is not creating spark for the motor to start.

The dizzy is a MALLORY UNILITE - it has a little module in it that its 3 wires hook up to...im wondering if this has shit itself due to no ballast resistor?

ANy ideas whats causing me my heartache?

My fuel pump is no longer getting power to it - wtf? :x Is it because i removed the ecu, and wiring could have been tracked through it? Hence its now not receiving any? :?
The only fix is to run a new wire is it?

the motor turns fine, just on ****in spark!! :x

Umm what ecu are you using ???
The ecu switches these devices..

ive sorted out the fuel pump problem - i just need to run a new wire, as i have pulled out the original ecu from the 2.8 efi motor

This is the v8 carby supra EBXR8240...theres an issue with the coil not getting power from the msd...the terminal at the coil is receiving 0V when ignition on - im wondering if its the module in the dizzy itself that is suffed?

Yep thats right..I had issues with mine too...
They nead to be able to talk to each other...
No expert on this..But is there a triggering device...
Like Fords TFI ???
In my case Haltech ecu was used...
