HELP NEEDED WHAT CAB IS GOOD FOR MY MOTOR I Have A 302 Windsor which I have had it stroked to a 347 with A Edlebrock Performer Manifold 625cfm Demon Carb BIG HEAD WORK DONE roller rockers borded out 60 thou flat top piston with pacemaker extractors 2800 stall the car is still running 2.78 gears in the diff but soon to have fitted 3.5 lsd THE CAB I HAVE ON IS NOT DOING THE JOB NEED HELP ON WHAT CAB WILL MAKE THE MOST POWER FOR MY MOTOR HAVE NOT PUT CAR ON DYNO YET AND HAVE NO IDEAR OF HOW MUCH HP ILL WILL GET here are my cam specs Crane Cam With

Lift intake @ cam 314 @ valve 502 rocker arm ratio
Exhaust @ cam 325 @ valve 520 1.6

Open closes advertised duration

Cam timing .0042 intake 36 . BTDC 70. ABDC 286
@ tappet exhaust 81 . BBDC 35 . ATDC 296

REV RANGE MINMUM RPM 3000
MAXIMUM 6000
VALVE FLOAT 6500

Do you know the 50thou duration figures,,from what you have said i,d probly go a 650cfm dp carb,,on my 351C in a zd i ran a 12.9 1/4 mile with a (std minus choke flap) 650dp holley and performer manifold 3.7 diff 3000 converter changing gear at 6000 into 2nd and 6000 into third plus it had plenty of down low seemed to be just right for this combo,,dyno tests on 347s have shown this size carb to have no problems supporting 400 to 500hp.

The 625 cfm carb you have shouldnt be to bad either but i dont think you need to go to a 750.

The carb you have should just about be spot on.

I ran both a 650 and a 750 on mine, but it was a lot more radical than yours. I found the 650 to be perfect.
