Holley vacuum ports
I'm installing a new Holley 750 double pumper carburetor. I know where to connect the vacuum for my distributor advance. There is a 3/8 male hose nipple in the rear base of the carb for the PCV connection, according to the manual. There is also a small tap supplied in the front base of the carb.
Where the heck can I pickup vacuum for my brakes and accessories. I'm running a supercharger so I can't pickup vacuum from the intake manifold. It needs to come from somewhere above the intake manifold and supercharger.
I can use the PCV connection at the carb base for my brakes, but where then do I provide vaccum to my PCV and crankcase ventilation? I have thought about putting a tap in the base of my air cleaner plate for providing some draft from the crankcase. I have a vented oil filler cap on one rocker cover and a pvc-equipped cap on the opposite rocker cover.
