I think you are asking about how to fit Cleveland heads onto a Windsor block, (commonly called a Clevor motor by the Yanks). I have not done this, but have read about it - someone else will be able to help you better. What I have read is that you have to block a couple of coolant holes in the Cleveland heads, with screw in plugs or press in welch plugs, and drill a couple of new holes in a different location. You apparantly also require a Boss (or Clevor) style inlet manifold.
