I have a 351 windsor that come out of an 1976 trinio and one of the push rods broke and i cant figure out that length to put back in it and also i need help with what the torque spec should be

I don't know about the length, but what torque specs do you need?

I guess it would be the rocker arm nut that i need to figure out how much to tighten down could u direct me in the right way or tell me were i can specs on a 351 windsor

cylinder head bolts: 105-112 lbs.ft.
rod bearing bolts: 40-45 lbs.ft.
main bearings: 95-105 lbs.ft.
crankshaft pulley or damper bolt: 70-90 lbs.ft.
flywheel to crankshaft bolts:75-85 lbs.ft.
intake manifold:19-27 lbs.ft.
exhaust manifold:18-24 lbs.ft.

Lubricate all parts with heavy sae oil before installation. When installing, rotate the crankshaft until the lifter is on the base of the cam circle (all the way down) and assemble the rocker arm. Torque the nut to 17-23 lbs.ft.
