I am thinking about using a 1000cfm 4 barrel type throttle body on a vic jnr manifold.
There are two types available........one has 4 injectors around the base of the throttle body.
The other one runs 8 injectors (1 straight into each port).
Which set up would have best allround performance?

definately the 8 injector version - so much more tuning ability which will result in more torque, power and fuel economy.

I agree with XA-JG66. i've seem the T/B's your talking about. IMO the 4 injector vertion is a lil like a glorified carbi where as the 8 injector in port is the REAL DEAL. You'll no doubt get all round better performance, response etc.
Nice looking peices those 1000cfm T/B's. But watch for torque drop.
