I am seeking opinions on recommended grunt improvers for my 5.6 windsor. It now boasts a tremec 6 speed but all else is as factory. I am weighing up improving it a bit, or moving into a BA GT.

definetely go exhuast, then grab some real good alloy heads from the
states and get her retuned. They are expensive though!
I always thought that the intake was good on the t3's minge?
make sure to port match the intake to the heads though.

Get some Air Flow Research or Canfield heads from the USA. Or you could get come ProToplines from New Zealand, they're almost as good as the AFRs if you know a really good head porter for some exhaust work on them. Get an exhaust system and a new cam. Intake, fuel system, ECU tune, and some decent extractors and you're laughing. BA GT? Pwah, you'll swipe them away like common houseflies.

I'd love to have a T3 and wouldnt trade it on a BA GT/P ever.

If you would like some heads i have some for sale that i was going to fit to My T3..5.6

There perfect fo that engine but ive bought a GT-P so im selling it off. As for exhaust read the other T3 post and see what i used..made great results.
