i have an eb v8 and it already has extractors and a 2.5 inch system, and it still isnt loud enough, what can i do to get it louder?

How many mufflers/resonators is in the exhaust system? It probably has a centre muffler and a rear resonator, so get rid of the resonator and replace the muffler with a straight thru lukey or similar. That would make it nice and loud.

Not really, had that setup on my ED before I went to 3" and it sounded quite good.

i had cut all the mufflers out and just put in a hotdog in the rear, after the diff, with paccies and it sounded quite nice, without much droaning and not being to load. another thought is to oversize your cats aswell, larger inlet/ outlet, enlarge them to 2 1/2" openings

Remove the mufflers, mine sounds pretty good (so I've been told ) with a standard exhaust.

Std muffler bigger pipe from there to rear with no resonator, maybe straight through resonator... The bigger tail pipe lets more note out....
