put on new 9mm resistorless leads+ resistorsless plugs BP6EFS (NGK) but now she starts but wont run at idle for long she will move from 100rpm to 200 but eventually when getting to 200 at some point she will stall, any ideas guys?

hopefully i find out whats wrong or ill have to put it all back as was hehe :) only thing i moved while doing it was the maf/airbox and yes ive double checked the maf connector

it runs a little rough but runs at higher rpm 2500 for eg

You may have issues runing non resister leads etc...The induction can play havoc with efi sensers etc....Put it this way my car won't run without resister plugs and leads...
Though the leads are SPIRAL wound copper MSD leads but still high in radio interferance resistance...

runs fine now i pushed the gap out to 1.5 because of the higher voltage droped the fuel millage and it pulls so much better at high rpm now.

It may run fine with resistorless spark plugs but in the long run you have a serious risk of damaging the EEC, just check the NGK website warnings regarding the use of resistorless plugs in EFI cars.

One other thing to note is that the BP6EFS is a fairly cold plug for a 5L, normally what you would run on supercharged engines. Unless you have some serious mods, maybe look at plugs in the 5 or 5.5 heat range next time.

i went back to resistor plugs in the 5 heat range but it doesnt help with emi its the race leads so whats the point lol :) i changed them back to 5 so they didnt foul up on me though

Well most race spec leads actually have very good RFI supression, and aren't exactly resistorless, most have resistances of 300+ohms per foot. BTW, lower resistance doesnt = more power despite what many think.
