i take it norris is the brand?
310 would be the advertised duration, not enough info

Closest info I could find is the following:

Norris Cam
Part#: 1612301 (I believe this may be the hydraulic cam specs?)
Advert. Duration: Intake 272° - Exhaust 262°
Duration @ 0.050": Intake 184° - Exhaust 188°
Valve Lift: Intake 0.368'' - Exhaust 0.378''

do u have the site u got the info from.
i was told Norris number their cams by the cam lift (ie 0.310" Not valve lift)
definately a solid.
i have a Crane HMV-278 and don't know which to use before pulling the engine apart !!!

Specs on your norris 310s cam are :
lobe centre 110"
in. lobe lift 340".......ex. lobe lift.....362"
intake opens 45" btdc........closes 85" abdc...... duration 310".....valve lift 544"
exhaust opens 90" bbdc.....closes 50" atdc....duration 320"......valve lift 579"
intake clearance :hot 0.18....COLD 0.20 ex. clearance: hot 0.18....cold 0.20
