Old Windsor upgrade?

I have a 302 windsor in good nick in a 70 Fairlaine and I am after a bit more power, but not all out grunt (obviously dollars matter.)
I got a 650Holley on a Eldelbrock split plane manifold which helped a lot, but I am considering a mild cam and extractors or headers.
I am after some advice on what type of cam and weather to get headers or extractors, and what should I expect to pay either new or used. Can someone help?

Mate after that induction set up and it sounds like you still have std manifolds...With 1 5/8 extractors and twin 2' exhaust it will hammer...shorter gears before cam change...
Cam makes more power in higher rpm range..with 2.7 diff you'll only use more fuel and it will be slower, unless you are reving crapp out of it....Change to 3,08 or 3.27....

take those old heads in 4 a trim up port and match up to the extractors, tuffer springs maybe bigger inlet valves.bigger dual exhaust is first, carby doesnt have to be big a 350 holley will still do the job.what box and what diff ratio ?3.2 0r 3.5 diff is a lot quicker bar no mods but shell rev higher at high speeds

I know this sounds like a sale pitch & I suppose it is. The thing is I have these heads & cam gear sitting around doing nothing after upgrading to what hopefully will be a 10 second motor. So what I am saying is, spend a little bit of money in the right areas (my pocket) & you will acheive reasonable results.
The right areas are the heads, cam, induction & exaust.
351 Windsor heads 2.02 inlet & 1.60 exaust extensively ported, mild cam with 426thou net lift 112deg lobe separation, extractors, single plane edelbrock torquer II manifold & Holly secondary vac carb. This combo on my 351 produced 297 hp at the wheels or 219 kw with a compression ratio of only 8.9 to 1. Obviously the 302 wont develop as much power as the 351 but it should still be good for say 180 to 190 rwks (approx 340 hp at the flywheel).
I have the heads, cam & lifters for sale for $1,500. Heads are reconditioned with stainless valves, k line guides, double valve springs + dampers.
Heads will flow upto about 450 hp (angry cam & big carb).
