Just wondering if anyone has recommendations for what brand pod filter to get to suit at '92 v8 falc. remember, that they have screw in MAF's, so a pod that preferably accomdates this would be good!
i was in a mates car when the rta epa and police done a mass round up of modified cars the car infront was a brand new evo 6.5 the bloke was 30ish and hadnt touched the car it had a pod as they come standard, and the rta's excuse is that if theres an unusal explosion theres no box to hold in the flame and it is exposed to the engine bay, they dribble shit i know but thats the rule (if you get caught)

that has to be one of the funniest reasons I have heard...i almost wet myself after reading that!!!!!
mate no jokes thats what the rta bloke said he even went to the extent of proving it with the rule book caz the guy argued that the car is adr complient so it cant be a defect, so how does a car pass adr rules with it but still gets defected wen its on it

im not using a pod, just a BMC filter and AU TE50 cold air intake - modded to fit.
the only reason you'd wanna use a pod is to get the ghey intake roar sound, coz surely sucknig in hot engine bay air cant be good - screams of rice to me
